When I’m not working out, I’m probably doing something that still counts as “accidentally athletic” like long walks that turn into mini adventures, dancing like nobody’s watching, or convincing myself that shopping totally counts as cardio. Basically, if it gets my heart racing (in a good way), I’m in.
