If my life goes too long without music, movement, or new experiences, I quickly begin to feel that something is missing. Music is one of my biggest interests, especially pop. I don't need a special occasion to listen to it—a great song can become the soundtrack to almost anything: a workout, a walk, a drive somewhere, or simply an ordinary morning. Fitness is another part of my lifestyle, and I love spending time outdoors. Sometimes a walk with nowhere particular to go is exactly what I need after a busy day. I could probably create a long list of qualities my ideal man should have, but in reality, it comes down to two very simple things for me: attention and care.
