If I had to choose between spending an entire day on the couch and heading somewhere for a new experience, I'd usually choose the second option. I enjoy an active lifestyle, and fitness plays an important role in it. I work out regularly at the gym and appreciate not only the results but also the process itself: feeling stronger, more energetic, and enjoying movement.
