specified here. Phone Introduction service, provided by Anastasia Intl, is
performed in accordance with these rules, subject to the company's general
policies.

1. General:

Operators’ work consists in interpreting your talk with the lady and assisting
you in your understanding each other. If any questions on other services arise
during the conversation, please feel free to address them to
info@anastasiaweb.com. Operators are not allowed to answer questions
going beyond the Interpreting service.

The operator is not allowed to render any contacts of a lady (her telephone
number, email or postal address) in any situation, even if the lady herself
asked you to call her (in her letter via AnastasiaWeb to you, for example). Any
contact information is confidential, that is why only ladies themselves can
render it to you during the telephone conversation.

The operator cannot transfer any kind of information to ladies outside the
client’s telephone talk with ladies.

The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the contact information
provided by the lady, as well as for the lady’s correct understanding of your
contacts. What we can guarantee is accurate translation of the contact
information!

The time of your conversation with the lady is counted from the moment the
operator connects you to the lady. The duration of the talk is determined
automatically and is expressed in round numbers (minutes of your talk).
E.g.: 9,24 minutes of your talk will be equated to 10 minutes.

If the lady speaks English herself, and you communicate with her without any
help of the interpreter, the talk is still considered as taken place and is
paid in accordance with the existing terms.

2. Instant Call: |

If you are using Instant Call service the deposit charge of $28.75 is the
minimum you pay, which makes up 5 minutes of your talk with the lady. This
means that even if you talk less than 5 minutes the entire sum will be used up.
The exception is the case when you are disconnected owing to some technical
problems. Every additional minute of your talk costs another $5.75, irrespective
of the duration of your talk.

If the talk does not take place the deposit charge of $28.75 is refunded to you
automatically.

The number of minutes of several talks with ladies is not summarized. Each of
the calls taken place is paid separately.

3. Phone Reservation: |

If you use Phone Reservation and fill in the special form on the website, the
minimum deposit charge is $39.90 (10 minutes of the talk). Even if you speak
less with the lady, the entire deposit is used up and cannot be transferred
partially on to the next call. If you talk more than 10 minutes, each
additional minute will cost $3.99. If your call lasts for more than 30 minutes,
the charge for the call will be calculated in accordance with the rate of $3.49
per minute.

The number of minutes for several conversations with ladies is not summarized.
Each of the calls taken place is paid separately. Would like to speak to
several ladies using the Phone Reservation service, please take into account
that you will need to reserve each call separately, i.e. fill in the “Phone
Reservation” form for each lady. Accordingly a separate deposit will be taken
off your credit card for each order.

In case the reserved call does not go through due to some technical problems we
will arrange the call for some other time or issue a refund.

If the lady fails to be at home for any reason, we will arrange the call for
some other time or issue a refund.

If the reserved call does not take place at your fault (i.e.: the operator
cannot reach you at home at the arranged time) no refund is issued, and the
deposit cannot be transferred on to the next call. Please make sure you are at
home at the time scheduled!
