Each reception costs thousands of dollars and helps bring out the best quality ladies. Each facility we rent is large, it often has 2-3 floors and can accommodate up to 1000 guests.

The atmosphere is light and relaxing. There is romantic lighting, music and even a dance floor for you enjoyment. Russian ladies love to dance, so inviting a lady to join you on the dance floor is a great way of introducing yourself. There is a full bar and kitchen facilities are available.

The ladies have their choice of free soft drinks and champagne, free video and photo sessions, free consultations with our staff on different aspects of marrying someone from a foreign country. We often hold Beauty Contests (where our gentlemen are the judges) and floor shows with live entertainment. We distribute door prizes and otherwise keep the ladies happy and entertained. Our staff always treats the ladies with dignity & respect & that is why we are the preferred choice for high quality applicants. During each socials 50+ staff employees are at your disposal, making sure your every need is taking care of: our American and Russian Representatives, our interpreters, waiters, bartenders, kitchen staff, club manager, security officers, disc jockeys, etc. Everything is centered around making you feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed, so that you can make the most out of your time and reach your goal – meeting a woman of your dreams.

During our socials you can be yourself and behave naturally. You have a lot of choices – you can work with your favorite personal interpreter bringing ladies to your table, you can approach the ladies yourself by just starting a conversation, offering them a drink, or inviting them to dance, or you can just sit and relax and do nothing and we guarantee that the ladies will approach you first, either directly, or through our staff interpreters.

COMPETITION: Trying to cut their expenses, our competitors hold their socials in cheap hotel reception halls with harsh fluorescent lighting, worn out furniture and a stiff, unnatural atmosphere. The company's management "regulates" the whole process of introductions.
The ladies are not allowed to approach the men!
Participants sit at tables and interview one lady after another - a situation very similar to interviewing for a job.
You can’t even communicate with the ladies freely – any lady you choose is only “allowed” to spend 15 minutes with you and then your “personal interpreter” will send the lady away & insist you talk to someone else. You are not allowed to talk to the same lady twice during one social. Their idea of “keeping the ladies happy” is making you talk to at least 20 girls per social, whether you like it, or not. This approach creates an uncomfortable situation for most men and a degrading one for most women.

Typically there will be 10-25 ladies for every man in attendance. Not only do we invite all the ladies from our catalogs and videos to all our socials, but we also solicit the services of the 3-4 largest marriage agencies in each tour city. This approach guarantees that we have absolutely the best selection of ladies all of whom are currently seeking relationships.

We have never had less then 150 ladies attend any given social, with numbers sometimes reaching as high as 450-470 ladies per day. Our overall numbers for all 3 socials in any given tour city have never been less then 600, and a few times over 1200.
Very few other companies have that many ladies attend their socials!

ANASTASIA: Due to the cultural differences, we feel, that the interpreters' role is very important. That is why we set very high standards for our employees. We have the most extensive screening, most rigorous training programs and highest interpreters salaries in the industry (while keeping our tour prices the same, or lower then competition).
To apply for an Interpreter's position with us a person must:

• Be enrolled in, or a graduate of a University Level Languages (Philological) program
• Pass an English aptitude test.

Interpreters training includes:

• Customer Service - Russians are generally not accustomed to the Western standards of service. Our training insures that all our employees behave with professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail. Our interpreters work for you. They are not just "interpreters" as such, but your personal guides to the world of Russian Ladies. Their job is to make sure that you understand not only the words the ladies are saying, but their true meaning.
• Social Skills - our interpreters' are skilled at "breaking the ice" and making sure that all our tour guests are feeling welcomed, relaxed and comfortable.

• Cultural Awareness - Our employees are trained to be aware of cultural differences between Russia and the US and also to help our clients and the ladies to avoid common mistakes and misunderstandings when first meeting each other.

COMPETITION: Professional Interpreters are not used. No training program is in place. The only requirement is a somewhat good knowledge of English.

Our competition hires single women from their database to interpret. These women are hardly paid at all, trading their interpreting services for perhaps more exposure in the company's catalogs, or a better chance to meet men. While that saves our competitors a lot of money, it is no substitute for a professional interpreter.

There have been many cases of our competitors' "interpreters" liking a particular gentleman, and misinterpreting conversations to make other ladies look less unattractive in his eyes.
